The Iranian Women’s Uniting Voices World Wide to Eliminate Violence Against Women, November 29, 2018, US House of Representatives. This was in support of the US Violence Against Women Act.
As a result of the United States federal government shutdown of 2018–2019, the Violence Against Women Act expired on December 21, 2018. It was temporarily reauthorized by a short-term spending bill on January 25, 2019, but expired again on February 15, 2019.

Sensory deprivation in early infancy profoundly effects development on all levels. Dr. Prescott will present a DVD which demonstrates the effects of deprivation on infant monkeys.
”Prescott was a health scientist administrator at the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD), one of the Institutes of the US National Institutes of Health (NIH) from 1966 to 1980.
Dr. Prescott created and directed the Developmental Behavioral Biology Program at the NICHD where he initiated NICHD supported research programs that documented how the failure of "Mother Love" in infant monkeys adversely affected the biological development of their brains. These astonishing abnormal brain changes underlie the behaviors of depression, impulse dyscontrol and violence that result from mother-infant separations.” Read more here.
